The workflow
Previs is the rough draft of a shot. The scene is built from plain shapes in Blender, the camera move and the timing get worked out, and nothing is lit or dressed. It's cheap to change, so the decisions get made early.
MiniMax H3 takes that previs as video, along with a short description of the finished shot, and renders it as production footage. The framing and the motion come from the previs - the surfaces, the light and the detail come from the model.
Why previs
Text to video gives you a shot, but not necessarily the one you asked for. Driving it from a previs keeps the camera and the blocking yours, and the model fills in what things look like.
